Terms of Service
Parties
This agreement is between you (the "Customer") and Plex Host ("we", "us") and governs your use of our game server hosting platform.
Account Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to these terms on your behalf.
Service Description
Plex Host provisions and manages game servers on your behalf, including compute, storage, backups, and a dashboard for configuration. Servers can be owned individually or shared with a team.
Payment & Renewals
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis matching your chosen plan. Renewals are automatic unless canceled before the next billing date.
Suspension for Non-Payment
A failed payment moves your server through a past due, then grace, then suspended state before the server and its data are eventually deleted. See the Service Level Agreement and Refund Policy for the exact timing and credits that apply at each stage.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Termination for cause, including a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, may result in immediate suspension without a grace period.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this agreement is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. A material change bumps the version above and requires you to re-accept before continuing to use the service.
