Data We Collect
- Account information (via Clerk): name, email, and authentication identifiers.
- Billing information (via Stripe): payment method metadata, billing address, and invoice history.
- Server metadata: server names, configuration, and resource usage.
- Activity logs: actions taken on your account and servers.
- IP addresses: recorded for security and abuse prevention.
- Notification preferences and, if you provide it, a phone number for SMS alerts.
Why We Collect It
We use this data to operate your servers, bill your subscription, secure your account, and send you service notifications.
Processors
We share data with the following processors, each acting under its own agreement with us: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (billing), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS delivery), Cloudflare R2 (backup storage), and Sentry (error monitoring, when enabled).

Cookies
We use first-party cookies only, with two exceptions: Clerk and Stripe set strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and payment, and Sentry sets a functional cookie when error monitoring is enabled. We do not use analytics cookies today, so no consent banner is shown. If we add analytics in the future, we will add a consent banner at that time.
