Refund Policy
First-Purchase Refund Window

Cancellations
Canceling a subscription does not trigger a prorated refund. The server remains active for the remainder of the current billing period and is then stopped.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support suspends the server pending a manual review. Repeated chargebacks may lead to account termination.
Requesting a Refund
Email billing@host.plex.gg with your account email and server identifier to request a
refund under this policy.
